We use a number of models and diagnostic tools in our work. These are models, theories and tools that we have selected based on years of experience and remaining up-to-date within the world of leadership and people development.
We believe in selecting models that can be understood and applied quickly and simply to which ever focus applies to an individual.

We use many other models, theories and tools to draw on and create examples; however we believe a good model must be able to be applied to anyone’s real world. If it isn’t helpful then we don’t use it.
